Does almond milk have a lot of sugar?

Quick question: does almond milk contain a lot of sugar? I'm trying to cut down on my sugar intake and want to know if almond milk is a good choice. Any recommendations for low-sugar brands or tips on what to look for?

I think it depends on the type you buy—unsweetened almond milk has almost no sugar, though the flavored ones can have quite a bit.
