Does Cowboy Caviar need to be refrigerated?

Hey, quick question for everyone here. So, made Cowboy Caviar for a get-together yesterday. Wondering, does this stuff need chilling after serving? Tried Googling, but got mixed messages. Some say yes, due to ingredients like beans and corn, while others argue no because of the vinegar dressing. Thoughts?

Absolutely, Cowboy Caviar has to be refrigerated in order to keep its freshness and stop bacteria from growing. It keeps best in the refrigerator for three to four days when kept in an airtight container. If it has been resting for some time, make sure to give it a good stir before serving.

In my experience, Cowboy Caviar keeps better in the fridge, but if you're in a rush, leaving it out for a couple of hours is okay too
