Hi guys! Just whipped up some homemade mayo for the first time ever and kinda proud, not gonna lie. But here's my dilemma: does this stuff thicken up if I chuck it in the fridge overnight? Tried looking this up, but all I got were super complex explanations. Simple yes or no will do, but a quick why would be ace too!
