Hey foodies! ๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡จ I'm excited to share a unique Ecuadorian dish called Ecuadorian Ceviche. ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ‹ Unlike the traditional ceviche found in other Latin American countries, Ecuadorian ceviche is made with shrimp or fish marinated in lime juice, mixed with tomato, onion, cilantro, and sometimes a touch of orange juice for sweetness. ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ…๐ŸŠ It's served with toasted corn kernels (cancha) and plantain chips for a delicious crunch! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐ŸŒฝ๐ŸŒ
