Hey guys, I want to share this with you the Fantasy Fudge recipe. It is a beloved classic treat that's perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings. This fudge recipe is easy to make and always a hit at holiday gatherings, potlucks, or any time you're in the mood for a decadent treat.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 package (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
Instructions:

  1. Line a 9x9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal of the fudge later. Set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat.
  3. Stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a full rolling boil. Once boiling, continue to boil for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
  4. After 4-5 minutes, remove the saucepan from the heat.
  5. Quickly stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until they are completely melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  6. Next, add the marshmallow creme and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until the marshmallow creme is fully incorporated.
  7. If using chopped nuts, fold them into the fudge mixture until evenly distributed.
  8. Immediately pour the hot fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
  9. Let the fudge cool at room temperature until set, which usually takes about 2-3 hours.
  10. Once the fudge is completely cooled and set, use the overhang of the parchment paper or aluminum foil to lift it out of the pan.
  11. Place the fudge on a cutting board and cut it into squares using a sharp knife.
  12. Store the Fantasy Fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the refrigerator for longer storage.
