Hi, forum peeps!! I'm planning to make some stuffed mushrooms and wondering, what's the best type to use? Do you have a go-to mushroom that just makes the dish? I'm open to all suggestions, whether it's for a classic take or something a bit more adventurous! Can't wait to hear your faves!

Personally, I'm a big fan of using cremini mushrooms for stuffed mushrooms. They've got a nice meaty texture and hold up well when baked. Plus, they've got a rich flavor that pairs perfectly with all sorts of fillings. Can't wait to hear what everyone else likes to use!

It really depends on your preference. But personally I like white button mushrooms because they have a mild flavor that pairs well with a variety of fillings. They have a smooth texture and hold their shape nicely when stuffed and baked.
