- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
- Marinate Frog Legs:
- Soak frog legs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Prepare Coating:
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat Frog Legs:
- Remove frog legs from buttermilk, letting excess drip off. Dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring even coating.
- Fry Frog Legs:
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry frog legs in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
