- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup granola (your favorite kind)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A sprinkle of nuts or seeds (optional)
- Layer the yogurt: Start by adding a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt to the bottom of a glass or bowl.
