I made this fruit sorbet yesterday, and it’s so refreshing! Just a few ingredients and you’ve got a perfect summer treat.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of your favorite fruit (mango, berries, pineapple, etc.), chopped and frozen
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
Instructions:

  1. Add the frozen fruit, sugar, water, and lemon juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 1-2 hours to firm up.
  4. Scoop and enjoy!
Super easy and you can mix and match any fruits you like!
