🍲 **Ingredients**:
- 300g chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup cha-om leaves (acacia leaves), chopped
- 4 cups water
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- 1 tomato, quartered
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 Thai chilies, chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

🥚 **Acacia Omelette**:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup cha-om leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar

🍲 **Instructions**:
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add fish sauce, tamarind paste, and palm sugar. Stir until dissolved.
2. Add chicken, cha-om leaves, tomato, onion, and Thai chilies. Simmer until chicken is cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the acacia omelette: Beat eggs in a bowl and mix in chopped cha-om leaves, fish sauce, and sugar. Heat oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture, and cook until set. Flip and cook the other side until golden.
4. Once the soup is ready, adjust seasoning to taste.
5. Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and accompanied by slices of acacia omelette. Enjoy the spicy and aromatic flavors of Gaeng Som Cha-Om Kai!
