Ingredients:
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  4. Arrange the shrimp in a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce over them.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled anthotyro cheese over the shrimp.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the shrimp are cooked through and the cheese is melted and golden.
