These Garlic Butter Miso Mushrooms are like a fancy party in your mouth! 🎉 They take humble mushrooms and turn them into flavor explosions with miso and garlic. It's so easy, even a kitchen newbie can do it. Let's get cookin' and impress some taste buds! You'll love it, promise!

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Canola Oil​
  • 2 lb Button Mushrooms sliced in half​
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter softened​
  • 2 tbsp Miso Paste​
  • 3 Garlic Cloves minced​
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil​
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
    1 tbsp Chives chopped​
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are browned, about 15 minutes.​
  2. While the mushrooms are cooking, make the miso butter. Mix the softened butter with the miso paste and garlic cloves.​
  3. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the miso butter to the pan and cook the mushrooms for two minutes more. Drizzle the sesame oil over the mushrooms.​
  4. Serve with steamed rice sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds and chives. Or stuff in your favourite sandwich, wrap or creamy pasta sauce.​
