- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish

- Place the glass noodles in a large bowl and cover with hot water. Let them soak for about 5-7 minutes until they become soft and pliable. Drain and set aside.
