  • 100g glass noodles

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the Noodles:
    • Place the glass noodles in a large bowl and cover with hot water. Let them soak for about 5-7 minutes until they become soft and pliable. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, sautéing until fragrant and slightly caramelized.
  3. Stir-Fry:
    • Add mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

Hey foodies I think a simple glass noodle stir-fry with veggies and a light soy sauce is delicious. Though, you can add protein like tofu or shrimp for extra flavor! 🍜🥕
