I recently made these Spicy Szechuan Noodles, and let me tell you, they pack a flavorful punch!

Ingredients:
- 8 oz noodles (your choice)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp Szechuan peppercorns, crushed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and Szechuan peppercorns, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Cook the sauce for a minute or two until it’s well combined.
- Toss the cooked noodles into the sauce, making sure they’re evenly coated.
- Serve the noodles hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
