Hey everyone! Just wanted to share one of my favorite stir-fry recipes. This Juicy Garlic Pork Stir-Fry is packed with flavor, super easy to make, and perfect for those busy nights when you want something homemade but don’t have hours to cook. The garlic-soy sauce combo really makes the pork tender and flavorful. Hope you all love it!

Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin (thinly sliced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1-inch ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional, for extra depth)
- 1 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Marinate the pork – In a bowl, mix the pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, cornstarch, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let it sit for at least 15 mins.
- Cook the aromatics – Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 30 sec).
- Sear the pork – Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through (about 5 mins). Remove from the pan.
- Stir-fry veggies – In the same pan, add another tbsp of oil. Toss in bell pepper and onion, cooking for 2-3 mins until slightly tender.
- Combine & finish – Add the pork back in, mix well, and stir-fry for another minute. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve & enjoy! Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
