Honestly feeling pretty frustrated and hoping someone here can restore my faith in finding decent suppliers. Back in January I ordered what looked like perfectly fine plastic pallets from a manufacturer on Alibaba for our delivery bikes and small pickup, the photos were great the price was unbeatable and the sales guy was super responsive right up until I paid. What showed up two months later was absolute junk, the dimensions were off by almost two centimeters so nothing fit properly, the material felt flimsy like recycled bottle caps, and two of them cracked during the first week of actual use. Zero after sales support obviously, just ghosted me completely. So now I'm back to square one and way more cautious, a friend who runs a small logistics company in Al Quoz told me to check out Crateco because he's been ordering from them for years and called them a Reliable Plastic Pallet supplier in UAE which is exactly the kind of reassurance I need after my last experience. The thing is I'm still a bit paranoid about getting burned again so I'm wondering if any of you have dealt with them for smaller orders, like I only need maybe six or eight units not some massive pallet load. Do they actually care about the little guys or is it one of those places where you get ignored unless you're ordering by the container? Also curious if their listed dimensions are exact because my truck bed has pretty tight tolerances and even a small discrepancy would drive me nuts.
