Hey everyone, I want to introduce you to my go-to healthy treat: a refreshing Green Smoothie! 🥬🍍 It's packed with leafy greens, creamy banana, and a burst of pineapple sweetness. Perfect for a quick breakfast or a mid-day energy boost! 🍌🥤

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana (frozen for creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Add spinach, kale, banana, pineapple, yogurt, chia seeds, and honey into a blender.
  2. Pour in the almond milk.
  3. Blend until smooth, adjusting consistency with more milk or ice if needed.
