Ingredients:

  • Chicken intestines, cleaned and soaked in water with salt and vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Garlic, minced
  • Onion, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers
Instructions:

  1. After cleaning the chicken intestines thoroughly, soak them in water with salt and vinegar for about 30 minutes to remove any impurities.
  2. Rinse the intestines again under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, minced onion, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  4. Marinate the chicken intestines in the mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator for better flavor absorption.
  5. Thread the chicken intestines onto skewers, weaving them back and forth to ensure they stay in place.
  6. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking.
  7. Grill the chicken intestines for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
