Experience the rich, savory depth of Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, a classic Fukuoka-style pork bone ramen that's perfect for a cozy meal.

**Ingredients:**
- 4 cups pork bone broth (or chicken broth as an alternative)
- 2 packs fresh ramen noodles
- 1 cup sliced pork belly
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into strips
- 2 soft-boiled eggs (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

**Instructions:**
1. Heat the pork bone broth in a large pot until simmering.
2. Stir in soy sauce, miso paste, garlic, and ginger. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
4. In a separate pan, cook the pork belly until browned and crispy.
5. Divide the cooked noodles between bowls and ladle the hot broth over them.
6. Top with pork belly, bamboo shoots, corn, green onions, and nori.
7. Add a soft-boiled egg to each bowl if desired and season with salt and pepper.
