- Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Marinate Time: Let the chicken marinate for at least 15-20 minutes. For more flavor, you can marinate it longer in the refrigerator, up to several hours.
- Cooking Chicken: Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Bake: Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Rest and Serve: Once done, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley if desired.
- Serve: Serve the Harissa Chicken hot with your favorite sides, such as rice, couscous, or a fresh salad.
