Has anyone tried ponzu sauce in ramen? How was it?

I'm thinking about trying something new by adding ponzu sauce to my ramen tonight. Has anyone here experimented with this before? I'd really appreciate your thoughts on how it impacts the flavor and if you have any tips! 🍜😋
 
Yesss! 👍 Ponzu in ramen is amazing! It adds a really bright, citrusy kick that complements the savory broth perfectly. I usually start with a little bit and add more to taste. You can even use it as a dipping sauce for the noodles 🍜 Definitely give it a try! 🙌

Totally agree, ponzu in ramen is 🔥! Adds that zesty pop, right? Gotta love experimenting with flavors, makes every bowl unique! 🍜
