  • 12 lasagna noodles

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook the Lasagna Noodles:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Vegetable Mixture:
    • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
