I’m having a bit of trouble with my churros disintegrating in the frying oil. It's quite frustrating! Does anyone have any advice on how to prevent this? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’d love to master this. 🆘

Sounds like a total bummer! Try making sure your dough is thick enough and oil is hot but not smoking, around 375°F (190°C). Also, be gentle when piping them into the oil and don’t overcrowd the fryer. Hope that helps! 🤗

Try chilling the dough longer or adjusting the oil temperature. 🍩🔥 Don't give up, you'll get it!

Your churro dough might be too wet! Try adding a little more flour and chilling the dough before piping. Don't overfill the piping bag and make sure the oil is hot enough!
