Help! My peach dump cake isn't cooking through in the center. Any ideas why?

My peach dump cake always seems to be undercooked in the middle, even though the edges are golden brown. What am I doing wrong? Is there a trick to ensure it cooks evenly throughout? Please share your expertise!
