Help! Why is my corned beef and cabbage always turns out watery?

Help, fellow cooks! 🆘 Every time I make corned beef and cabbage, it ends up super watery. 🥩🥬 I'm aiming for that perfect texture but keep missing the mark. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong or have any tips to avoid the watery outcome? Thank you forum peeps!
 
Keep the heat low and let everything simmer gently. Boiling can cause the meat to break down too much and release more water. 🙂🌸✨😉
