- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree (from fresh or frozen strawberries)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for rolling
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Sheets:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. The dough should be thick and slightly sticky.

- Cool:Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
