How can I tell when my Basque cheesecake is fully cooked?

How do you guys know when your Basque cheesecake is perfectly cooked? I don't want to end up with an undercooked or overbaked one. Any signs or tricks to look out for? Thanks in advance for the tips! 🕵️‍♀️🍴
