Hi all! I'm always unsure about when my graham cracker crust is fully baked. How do you guys check if it's done just right? Any indicators you swear by?
Personally, I wait until the edges of the crust turn golden brown, usually takes about 10-12 minutes. I think that's a solid indicator of proper baking.
