, I’ve been trying to get a handle on how Dutch ovens work their magic
. These heavy pots
with tight-fitting lids are incredible for stews and bread, but what makes them so special? I understand they distribute heat evenly, but does that lid do more than just cover the top? Heard it traps moisture for better cooking. Curious about the science or technique that makes food taste amazing when cooked in one
