How do you guys keep your gingerbread house from falling apart?

I’m struggling to keep my gingerbread house intact. Does anyone have any foolproof tips or tricks on what to use to hold it all together? Would love to hear your methods!

Gingerbread house struggles are real! I swear by melted sugar for the strongest hold ..Just dip the edges and hold them together for a few seconds and it acts like edible glue! Much easier and tastier than royal icing
