How do you make egg bites without sticking?

Hey folks, I've been trying my hand at making egg bites at home, but I keep running into the same issue—they always stick to the pan or mold 😫. I've tried greasing them well, but it's hit or miss. Does anyone have a foolproof method or a trick they use to get them out perfectly every time? Maybe there's a type of oil or spray that works best? Or is it all in the technique? Would love to get your tips and save my breakfasts from disaster! 😁😋
 
Always grease the muffin tin so the egg mixture won't stick and allow your egg bites to cool down after baking. 🤗👌🙂
