Hey all, how do you think filet mignon should be served to truly shine? 💖🥩🤩 I've seen it grilled, broiled, even pan-seared, often with minimal seasoning to highlight its natural flavors.
Some prefer it with sauces or sides that complement rather than overpower. Love to know your go-to methods and pairings for this premium cut!
 
Filet mignon gotta be all about the sear for me! ;) High heat in a pan for that perfect crust, then it's all about the natural flavor ..Maybe a little herb butter on top for some extra yum, but I keep it simple 🤗
