Hello all! I think it stays fresh for about 3-5 days! Just make sure to store it in an airtight container, though the dressing can make it soggy if added too early.

Based on my experience, Mediterranean salad stays fresh in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Maybe it's because of the ingredients I used. What I can suggest is to separate the dressing so avoid the vegetables becoming soggy while in the fridge.
