From my experience, cottage pie can be healthy if you make some tweaks. I usually use lean ground beef or turkey, lots of veggies, and swap mashed potatoes for mashed cauliflower to cut down on carbs. 💪🥦

I couldn't agree more. Switching to sweet potatoes not only adds a tasty twist but also packs in more nutrients. And cutting down on salt and oil is a smart move for keeping it on the healthier side;)
