I have recently wanted to add something more healthy to my diet and I feed experimenting with tofu. I know I enjoy frying it but the old question is fried food healthy, therefore is fried tofu healthy for you? Does anyone have knowledge on the effects of its usage on health; any positive or negative impacts? For any folks viewing, would love to know how to make it a tiny bit more healthy!
