Is satay unhealthy?

Just wondering if satay is considered unhealthy. I love it, but I’m trying to eat a bit better. Is it something I should avoid, or is it okay to indulge in occasionally? 🥗❓

Satay can contain high sugar or sodium levels because of the marinade and high calories and fat because of the peanut sauce, especially if they are cooked outside. 😅 So, I recommend you eat it in moderation and occasionally, and perhaps try to make one at home so you can control the ingredients used. 😊
