- 1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish or muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, milk, and egg. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish or muffin tin, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
