Ingredients:
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish or muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, milk, and egg. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish or muffin tin, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Enjoy your warm and delicious Jiffy cornbread!
