Katsuage is a crispy, deep-fried pork cutlet that's perfectly seasoned and fried to golden perfection. This Japanese favorite is simple yet delicious, offering a satisfying crunch and tender meat that's perfect for a hearty meal.

🍳 **Ingredients**:
- 2 pork cutlets (tonkatsu), pounded to an even thickness
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

🍴 **Instructions**:
1. Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
4. Fry the pork cutlets until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
