**Ingredients**:
- 2 pork cutlets (tonkatsu), pounded to an even thickness
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil (for frying)

**Instructions**:
1. Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper.
