Ingredients:
  • 500g minced meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
  • 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
  1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for another minute.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  4. Add minced meat and cook until it changes color, breaking up any lumps with a spatula.
  5. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and the flavors are well blended.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
