Ingredients:
- 500g minced meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
- 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for another minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
- Add minced meat and cook until it changes color, breaking up any lumps with a spatula.
- Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and the flavors are well blended.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
