Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) beef (such as flank steak or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
