Also known as Thai Boat Noodles, this dish features tender rice noodles in a rich, aromatic broth flavored with herbs, spices, and your choice of meat (usually pork or beef). It's a quintessential Thai street food that's hearty, comforting, and bursting with authentic flavors!

Enjoy the authentic taste of Thai street food with our Kuay Teow Reua! Perfect for a cozy meal at home or to impress friends with a taste of Thailand. 


- 200g rice noodles (preferably thin or medium-sized)
- 300g pork or beef, thinly sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Thai basil leaves
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- Chopped green onions and cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges and chili flakes, for serving

- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pot, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced shallots. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add thinly sliced pork or beef to the pot and cook until browned.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and ground white pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add cooked rice noodles to the broth and stir to combine. Let simmer for a few minutes to allow flavors to meld together.
- Serve hot, garnished with Thai basil leaves, bean sprouts, chopped green onions, and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice over the noodles and sprinkle with chili flakes for an extra kick.
