- 200g pre-cooked jellyfish (available at Asian markets)
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Chopped cilantro or green onions (for garnish)
