Kushikatsu are delicious Japanese deep-fried skewers, featuring a variety of ingredients like meat, vegetables, or seafood, all coated in a crispy panko batter. Perfect as a snack or appetizer, these skewers offer a crunchy exterior and tender, flavorful interior.

🍢 **Ingredients**:
- 200g meat (like pork, chicken, or beef), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup vegetables (like mushrooms, bell peppers, or zucchini), cut into pieces
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Tonkatsu sauce (for dipping)

🍢 **Instructions**:
1. Skewer the meat and vegetables onto bamboo sticks.
2. Dredge each skewer in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
