Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 ripe mango, diced
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Shredded coconut and extra mango slices for topping
- In a jar or container, mix together oats, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, diced mango, and honey/maple syrup.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give it a stir and top with shredded coconut and extra mango slices.
- Enjoy your tropical breakfast treat!
