- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crust ingredients and press into a lined 8x8 pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and matcha. Add eggs one at a time.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 25 minutes. Cool and chill before slicing.
