Ingredients
Crust

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
Filling
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 2 eggs



Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix crust ingredients and press into a lined 8x8 pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and matcha. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Pour filling over crust and bake for 25 minutes. Cool and chill before slicing.
