Miso Shiru, or miso soup, is a classic Japanese soup known for its savory and umami-rich flavor, made with miso paste, tofu, and seaweed. It's a comforting and versatile soup that's perfect as a starter or light meal.

🍜 **Ingredients**:
- 4 cups dashi or vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup miso paste (white or red)
- 1/2 cup cubed tofu
- 1/4 cup wakame seaweed, rehydrated
- 2 green onions, sliced

🍜 **Instructions**:
1. Heat dashi or vegetable broth in a pot over medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix a ladle of hot broth with the miso paste until smooth, then return to the pot.
3. Add tofu and wakame seaweed, and simmer gently for a few minutes.
4. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot. Enjoy the comforting, umami flavors of Miso Shiru!
