Motsu Yaki is a flavorful Japanese dish featuring beef offal, like tripe or intestines, grilled with a savory marinade. It's a delicious, smoky treat perfect for barbecue lovers.

🍢 **Ingredients**:
- 300g beef offal (tripe, intestines, etc.), cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake (optional)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions (for garnish)

1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and garlic to create the marinade.
2. Marinate the beef offal in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
