Need help! Why are my scallion pancakes coming out tough? Can anyone share some tips on why my scallion pancakes might be turning out tough? I'm looking for ways to make them softer!

Hey! Maybe you're overworking the dough or cooking it on too high heat. Try resting the dough longer and using medium heat! Thanks for any tips!

Maybe the heat is too high. Cook them on medium heat though to keep them from getting tough.
