Instructions:
  1. Crush the Oreos:
    • In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies (including the cream) until they are fine crumbs.
  2. Make the Truffle Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well combined and smooth.
  3. Form the Balls:
    • Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill:
